Three activities I am interested in planning and implementing at the Creative Activities Fair would be Movement Activities, Yoga for Kids, and Process Art Experiences. I feel like these three activities interest me the most because it involves exploring a new skill a child has not experienced yet. Also, the activities I am interested in require lots of movement and staying active which is good for their health.

Some ELG’s that would elicit the activities I am interested in would be domain three, domain one, and domain four. Domain three would benefit all three of the activities considering it could be a new skill a child is learning. On the other hand, domain one would best fit yoga. Yoga is a big stress reliever and it calms the soul down which would be perfect for this domain considering it is about the well-being and health development of a child. Lastly, domain four would be prefect for the movement activity because that activity includes being aware of their surroundings which is important for the child to notice

Explanation / Answer

Although all the three are activities are good for children that involves lots of movement and staying active which is good for their health, in my opinion children will naturally do lots of movement activities and Process Art Experiences, yoga will be something new for them that will give them not only physical activities and flexibility but also mental calmness. Children will be able to focus more with the help of yoga. Yoga will attract more attention because of its novelty as yoga will be new to most of the western children.
