This roadmap should include, but is not limited to: (a) the role of your agency and diversity expectations within said agency inclusive of recruiting, retention and promotion; (b) the perception and role of your agency in light of the diversity expectations within the community of your jurisdiction, and your agency’s path as of today; (c) the role of your agency in cross cultural communications both within your agency and in the community; (d) the role of your agency in multicultural communications and operations in light of terrorism, homeland security, hate crimes, bias crimes, homelessness, mental illness, and racial profiling. You may arrange and present expectations to your staff in any order and with any emphasis that you believe most appropriate. The most important aspect is that you present expectations to your staff in a clear, concise manner that leaves no margin for misunderstanding.

We all have gathered here to start a new discussion, yes it is a discussion and not sppech, I would like to have feedback from you all. Being criminal justice employees our role not just end up in finding criminals or any crime scenes. The role this agency included recruiting diverese public because I belive that diversity if trained well bring more intelligence in the group. Every culture, country has got different skill set. Hence we would go on recruitingat world wide level, including translators, IT Technicians. etc. If we brand ourselves or employ, obviously we will need to fulfill the expectations of thhis diversfified world. Because different regions has got different crime activity, we need to stop those activities so that people can live in peace. We have to CSR for this year, CSR would also help in decreasing crimes, we need to support homeless people, or we need to need to find why do crimes really exist between two cultures, what can be the main reason behind it. We need to teach the values of morality or oneness or the strength of oneness rather than seperate groups and fighting for the power.
