A) Gender differences are often associated with beliefs and expectations.In a society there are certain norms laid down for a woman and man.or example a woman is often associated with taking care of the family,cooking,household chores, raising chilldren.Certain cultures have developed norms to associate the gender to certain characterisitc.Men are often referred to as the bread winner of the family .Certain jobs require a man to perform in a working environment.We would also have a belief that a woman can keep a secret.Certain cultures have divided the work done by women and men in a family.However such culture has been changing with role models accepting change.When we see a behaviour of such gender as different to the norms that are laid down they become unaccepted by the society.
B) Anxiety cannot be associated with gender role but it can be a state when the particular gender does not keep up to the expectation that is required.Aggression is often related to the male gender,such influences can be due to certain factors like hormones or other psychological factors. Cognitive factors are said to play a role in gender differences.Certain studies have shown that gender differences play a role in Math.It is siad to have differences in certain culture and environment.
