Stress for me a mantal condition and its its effected psychological and physical.strss is deeply effected our mind also.stress is genral term applied to various psychologic and psysical.and other side in psychology stress is feeling of strain and persure. Also this is type of psychological pain.strss can be external and related to the environment.stress when someone is under of any stress it begins to negatively affect his or her psysical and mental health.many people encounter strss from mutimult sources including work,money, health and relationships worries.there are many sources of strss now everybody is busy in own life no one have for time anyone.it is difficult to find time to relax.this is way stess problem facing people today.between stress and mental health although many studies have shown a link between stress and mental health problem. Strss effeceef psychological symptoms becoming easily frustrated and moody. Feeling overwhelmed like you are lossing control or need to talk control having difficulty relaxing and quieting your mind psysical symptoms low energy, headache,upset,stomach, including diarrhoea,chest and rapid heart beat .majer issue of strss career concern,lack of social support,poor working,work overload. My experience when i was 20 . When i was in relationship with bf.after some time. he was break-up with.he he breakup with .i was gone totally in stress.that strss totally effectedly mantle and emotionally also.
