Explanation / Answer

In the next two decades, rural community of Africa, Haiti and India will have increased need for community health workers.

As a community health worker, I would be more effective in training the other co-workers and ending the superstitions about health among people. This would require resources and education materials, pay for the other workers, constant reinforcement and building trust among the people. Good communication and developing a good rapport would be inevitable for being effective. As people would be different personality wise and culturally, experiences will help us grow and from that learning, mistakes can be avoided and I can become more effective.
