What was the primary hypothesis of the study?
What was the independent variable (or predictor variable) used in the study (note: there could be multiple IVs)?
What was the dependent variable used in the study (note: there could be multiple DVs)?
What were the primary results from the study?
Were the hypotheses supported (yes or no)?
What were the conclusions from the study?
Explanation / Answer
Primary hypothesis of the study is to study the relation between the cell phone and the driving, talking with passanger and driving, and talking while doing nothing.
Independent varaible is a variable that can be manipulated by the examiner and have direct influence of Dependent variable.Hence here IV is changed for eg: talking on phoe. talking with passanger, and talking alone.
Dependent Variable - This is depedent on IV and is constant. For eg: driving is constant.
The primary results are that while talking on cell phone there are maximum no. of accidents while talking with passanger help in sharing the same situation eg reated to traffic situation where in the passanger also supports the driver.
Yes the hyothesis was supoprted with an experiment and also by means of statistics such SD
The conclusions matched with the primary results
