Integrative bargaining is a method where one creates a synergy thus bringing in a win/win situation. If someone feels winning the bargain alone would benefit them, they would use aggressive and unacceptable bargaining but it’s not just about winning the contest but it’s equally important to win the person sitting in front of us for negotiation. It’s about agreeing on a mutual decision that would benefit both the parties without losing each one’s interest to a great extent. Ego will be one of the greatest enemies of any negotiation because it’s the question of who will give up and what’s it worth for. One do not need to Most of the time it’s about winning the person because once we win a person, he or she would definitely agree on the issues at least of the respect that we give them.
