3 activities and/or changes I could make to contribute to a healthier lifestyle would be to start walking or riding my bike with my children, now that it is getting warmer out, ATLEAST three times a week. One of the biggest things I struggle with is not packing my lunch for work, so I buy fast food majority of the time. One change I could make in my life is trying to meal prep so i can easily pack something in the morning for work. Mornings in my household are usually very busy so having something easy to grab and go would be very beneficial. One more thing I could also change is to have a set schedule for myself when it comes to when to go to bed. Getting enough sleep is very important and I usually only get between 4 to 5 hours which really impacts my day and of course my energy. My children would be my motivation for the walks because that would be very good family time. Also, with meal prepping, I would be saving a lot of money.
Explanation / Answer
The changes are required to follow a very healthy life style.One must get plenty of exercise ,it can be going to a gym or walking with family or going to the park and playing with the children.It is required atleast thrice a week and this means more time with family and also encourages the children to have outdoor games.Dietary habits are important ,one can organize themselves by packing their next day lunch the previous night when they have free time and this can avoid eating unhealthy food and save money,it helps us to organize ourselves .sleep is very essentail for brain function and physical activity.if one does not get enough sleep they experience fatigue and lack of energy to keep them moving through out the day.One require atleast 8 hours of sleep to recoup the body and mind.
