Explanation / Answer

The media includes the reforms, rules and policies of the juvenile and adult detention centers in the Harris Sheriff county detention and rehabilitation center in the recent years. The statistical study reveals the population aand the numebr of the prisoners involved in the crime as compared to the previous years. The county jail has been overcrowded since the recent years. The offenses include the children and adult involved in the crime in the society. The crime includes armed robbery and assault have to stay in the detention centers and rehabilitation units. These include children in the age group of 17-20 years.

The offenses include crime with smoking of marijuana and other drugs which cause delusion and hysteria in children with craving for rewards. It includes the offenses by children in school based on racial, ethical and socio-economic status comments by other students leading to fights, murder, shooting and involvement in the intake of drugs.
