Relation between Marketing Ethics and Organizational Performance are as under:
There should be close relations bewteen these two becuase one is very much close to other. A firm having no principles on Marketing, with reference to Price, Product Quality, Customer Satisfaction, etc, can't perform well and organizational effectiveness can't be reached. So, we may conclude that, these two concepts are very much interelated and just like two faces of a Coin.
Marketing Ethics is a Strategic Consideration in Organizational Decision becuase, in order to fulfill the long-term Srategic Planning Objectives ,Vision, Mission, Goals and Targets, an Organization have to consider the ethical marketing considerations, which are essential for the Company to sustain in the long-run and to outperform the competitors. Ethical Marketing must be the philosophy on which an Organization is to have sustainable competitive advantages.
Both are important becuase Individual leadership and the trasformation of the Indivual leadership to Firm Leadership, are very important in managing marketing ethics.
