Ans 1) Speech anxiety is the fear of public speaking, speaking in front of group.The common symptoms pf speech anxiety are sweating. shaking, dry mouth, rapid heart beat etc.

Ans 2) It is said that experiencing speech anxiety is normal. Almost everyone experiences it on presentation, while speaking in public. Whenever in school, college I used to go to recite a poe or for elocution competition or to deliver a speech I had butterflies in my stomach, though I do not have speech anxiety.Later on I become relax, gain the confidence of people, I am able to control my thoughts.

Ans 3) I listen to music, or rehearse my speech more if I have to speak in front of public.

Ans 4) If you have speech anxiety, try not to think of it, induge in some other topics or other activities. Pray that your mind gets more stronger. Chant something. It is said in Hindu,, if you chant Ramraksha or Hanuman stotra you are able to overcome your fears. Hence there are also many researches done on the same. Think of something which would make you happy and give positive vibrations.
