2. Three organizations (A, B, and C) were developed recently. Each of the organizations makes and serves ice cream. In addition, they each have a very committed work force. Organization A has a workforce that are all affectively committed; organization B's workers all score high on the continuance commitment scale, and those that work for organization C are all high in normative commitment. If the three organizations continue with the employees as they are, what will happen? Which would be most successful and why?Explanation / Answer
All the three commitments from the employees of three different organisations are related to the sentiments of the employees which they have related to their job. In my opinion organisation A is in the better position amongst the organisations because employees here are self desired and have affections with this organisations. This state of mind never changes frequently and peoples think to settle there in this organisation.
Organisation B employees also beleives to stay with the organisation but this state of mind is very sensitive and may change with a certain decisions of the company or by poking by somebody else . This situation is very very risky.
Organisation C employees are ought to beleive in the organisation , this scenerio is common in most of the organisation nowadays and HR department works accordingly with the instructions from top level to increase or decrease the employee turnover. Such organisations are never be the right place to settle in career but a very good place for the starters to gain experience and switch over to the other company.
Among the three organisation , A is the most successful and it would be in future also as this organisation have actual human capital which company can use accordingly.
