This is almost threatining situaton for the nation and not only for the city, and the good fact is terrorist is telling who are the other terrorist. In this case the terrorist would be kept in a far away jail where he cannot have any contact with anybody. Inadditional a criinal psychologist is essential in order to understand him. We would ake out all the information by keeping him in jail for another 4-5 months, would work on rehab programm instead of beating or thrashing him. Would check how much information is the terrorist giving and then would work accordingly such as setting up police force for known information. Would keep sqaud in crowd area such as theaters, malls and in mob.
