Database management system has been developed as an integrated program which helps organisations to streamline their data as well as provides information about how the information is developed in an organisation. Previously all the communication inside the organisation was very slow moving which reduces the overall efficiency of the organisation. As Microsoft implement dBMS programs, organisations directly increased overall low productivity as these DBMS programs provide an extensive support to the overall structure of the organisations. Implementation of the DBMS is very .essential for each and every organisation] to maintain productive and increase overall communication as well as information services for the organisation.

One of the main examples for advantage over spreadsheet is the data quality check. Quality of the data could be easily checked in the database management system but checking the quality of the data in the spreadsheets are a complicated task and requires a specific skills. By development of a software which is easily operable, overall ease of data quality checks could be implemented and this provides a very large advantage over spreadsheets.
