It has been two weeks, but I haven’t received her books. I am quite irritated because her birthday was six days ago and she was really looking forward to getting them.

I contacted my local store and they said there is nothing they can do to help me because my order says it was delivered. I can assure you I have not received the books, because if I did, I wouldn’t be wasting my time sending this email.

I’ve purchased the books elsewhere but demand a full refund, which my local store is refusing to issue. I hope you can help.
