As social media has the potential to curb all boundaries and give a peek into the lives of not only ones friends, but also acquaintances and strangers, it has led to a plethora of mental health problems aomgst the bandwidth of the population.
There is reason that lumbers behind this, which is simple that social media has given people more courage to use the advantage of screens and be more bold, or rather more heniously upfront in things that are to be kept civil, which leads to the subsequent demise of the physical decorum that has been long maintained within societies.
This has lead to the genesis of the promiscuous shield of anonymity which has given people the liberty to engage in cyber bullying, which leads to depression and anxiety.
There is also the case of having seeing the good moments of people's lives, as opposed to the bad, for people choose to portray only a rosey picture, which leads people to comparison and hence fomo or loneliness.
