I would first like to know what the frequency of observations for Spot and Fido are. The number of times their speed has been tested would allow me to understand if the data size for both their speed is sufficiently large enough to produce a reliable mean. I would also like to know the standard deviation as it would allow me to make inferences about the variability that can be expected in their performance.
