Henry mintzberg's role approach helps the manager to complete the aloted tasks within the time frame. The above project can be effectively accomplished by following three different roles.They are interpersonal role,informational role and decisional role.

Interpersonal role :For completion of any project the manager should act a figurehead,leader,liasion officer, to control all the functions of the aloted task.

Informational Role : the manager should act as monitor, disseminator and spokesperson to provide the required information from one end to another.

Decisional role:The project manager act as a entrepreneur, disturbance handler,resource allocator and negotiator to take an apt decision regarding a particular task.

The manager should have skills of communication skills to expressed the desired task to team members.
