Yes, my company conducts training program with the name Progressive Learning Program i.e. PLP. Target audience of this program is all the employees who are working in the organization as managers and handles a team of at least 2 people. Objectives of this training program is to make managers understand practically that what are the correct and professional ways of handling a team efficiently so that they deliver what is being expected out of them. Yes evaluation in terms of a quiz having multiple choice questions is performed and employees have to perform a case study in groups after the training which counts in the overall evaluation.
