If any customer is angry or not satisfied with the service, give him the coupons and ask for servicing him the next time with reddeming the same coupon.
discounts- The discounts can be seasonal and customised. the customised discounts can be done on the basis of the purchases made by the customer.
Contests- The contests can be held according to the budget of the business. if the budget is low avoid arranging them. ensure the contests to be authentic and delivers the purpose and the things promised and advertised to the targeted audience.
Loyalty programmes- the loyalty programmes should be run and supported by coupons, discounts, membership plans, customised servie, a new experience for the loyal customer on every new purchase.
