Explanation / Answer

Henry and Kate have to show a legal proof of paying AED 10 each to Sam, to ask for their share. Otherwise as Sam has proof of paying everyone’s fee to Quiz, Henry and Kate won’t be able to claim their share. In future, they should keep a legal proof of handing over money to Sam or pay to quiz directly. Police officers can’t take any legal action, as this will count under bribe. Hence, they should go as per Police procedures only in future Only Maitha can make a claim and sue Home Supplies, as she will have the bill invoice in her name. Since it is a gift, her mother won’t be able to take any legal action 1)            Bob is liable to pay money to bank as per the conditions of loan contract, irrespective of his earnings/ age If supplier has a norm of minimum 18 yrs of age, then Bob won’t be able to renew or maintain his existing contract with supplier In case, there is any minimum age criterion to become a fitness trainer , Bob should check on it and try to get in touch with other supplier Since, mobile bill is a liability, Bob should pay it first to avoid any future conflicts
