It also included the various models of quality that has been developed over past decade to improve the quality of the service. The article gets detailed explanation of the service quality concept and introduced the Total Quality Management (TQM) approach. The history of development of Total Quality Management (TQM) approach is also mentioned. It considers the practice associated with Total Quality Management (TQM) approach that has evolved over a period of time to produce the model of TQM. The success of TQM requires five fundamental variables which can be understood in this article.
