In about 12-15 sentences, please explain why it is not always possible for epidemiologists to use an experimental design such as the RCT to test an etiologic hypothesis on humans.

Randomized controlled trial is a experiment done to minimize the bias.It is considered as golden standard for clinical trial.It is often used to test the efficacy of drugs, treatment but sometimes RCT cannot be used because it takes several years to complete the study and it is costly to conduct this experiment.
