For each type of resource above, discuss how you would handle the following decisions:

1) Which sourcing strategy(ies) would you use to obtain them?

2) Would the sourcing/purchasing be done in a centralized or decentralized way?

3) How would warehousing and distribution be handled for the resource once it is on campus campus?

4) How would you handle the reverse logistics of the resource when it is no longer needed?
