Create your outline for a direct, complete and detail-oriented message Part 2: Write Ensure you are incorporating the guidelines, structure and components from Chaptr 9 about "Routine Business Message" and "Responding to Inquiries" into your email. Write your responses to the student's inquiry in a concise, easy-to-read, and action-oriented style. FORMAT: Your request should be written in the format of an email. Include a subject line, to/from, email Aim for a helpful, professional, and reader-centered tone.
