Explanation / Answer

I am John, a 27 years old MBA from Havard Univeristy with HR major having BS in engineering from MIT and 4 years of experience as mechanical engineer in a reputed automobile company in Detriot. During my stint as a mechanical engineer, I worked in design of automobile parts. I am inclined towards MBA because during my job I met with HR people and got to know how they are doing their duty. This attracted me towards HR because I dod have cognitive skill of managing people and knowing the problem of people in the workplace and how they will get out of it. I choose Havard because it is one of the best place in the world to study MBA.

My personal goal is to be happy and keep people happy,to be a change agent in the society. My professional goal is to become Chief Personnel Officer of a large conglomorate one day. I can synchronise my personal and professional goal by using my cognitive ability. I have a lot more expectations from the HR field. I do have developed the core skill sets which is required for HR people to have like sympathy, empathy, honesty, integrity, strong will power people management skills.
