Explanation / Answer
Donating eggs occassionally through the proper medical procedure may not lead to any complications for the donor. However, if this is done by the donor unmindful of the consequences of such donations then only the companies and the donors can be held responsible for taking care of the donor and not the client.
While doing a donation the donor must take care to exercise caution, wisdom and complete justification for their actions. If the donor is uninformed, misinformed or inadequately informed of the consequences the donor must have the right to sue the company and not the client because the client is only the beneficiary and the beneficiaries may lack sufficient knowledge.
The company should be answerable to the donor in case of any complications arising out of the procedure if the donor has not been made aware of the consequences already.
However, if the donors are given complete information about the consequences and still the donor wishes to donate the eggs indiscriminately then the entire responsibility lies only on the donor and not even on the company.
