Explanation / Answer
Explained below is the structure for writing APA references for websites in different scenarios (Words in italics need to be substituted according to your reference. Please take note of the dots, spaces and commas used)
1. For the references where you have author name for the website/ webpage article, write in this format:
Lastname, First_name_Initial. Middle_name_initial. (Year, Month Date of Publishing). Article title. Retrieved from URL
For example your 2nd reference will be: Wahba,P. (2017, May 24). Coach Thinks Outside the Bag. Retrieved from <add url here>
2. In case you do not know the author of the website/webpage, the title moves to the first position of the reference entry:
Article title. (Year, Month Date of Publishing). Retrieved from URL
3. If the website or webpage has no author and no date, the article title comes first and we use the abbreviation n.d.
Article title. (n.d.). Retrieved from URL
For example your 4th reference will be :
Company Profile, Information, Business Description, History, Background Information. (n.d.). Retrieved from <add url here>
4. Incase of blog post, type of blog post also needs to be mentoned in square parenthesis after Article title, which is generally Web log post:
Article title [Type of blog post]
