d) No extra after sales support is required, because it is direct product sales, no service is required is this type of product. Defected pencils are either discarded/ replaced with new ones for customers.

e) No spare part/ component is required. Any defected products will be straight way sent back to the company office and retailers/ customers will be provided with new ones, after inspection.

f) Customer can buy a set of pencils and use for any kind of utility. No assembling is required. Pencils just need to be sharpened by a sharpener.

g) For designing, collaboration with Vendors of high quality graphite and vendors who specialize in providing natural wood barrels is required.

h) Recycling is necessary to discard and recycle defected products for the good of the nature. Further wood left over after recycling can be used for making new pencil products.
