1.The four dimensions of emotional intelligence are - self awareness, self management , social awareness and relationship management.

2.Perceptual accuracy may be affected by the following factors -:

(i) SELECTIVE PERCEPTION- it is the ability to selectively attend stimulus fron the extenal environment and focus on just one particular stumulus and ignore rest all.

(ii) ATTRIBUTION- when people attribute their behaviour as caused because of others around.

(iii) STEREOTYPING- it is when a person is judged according to already existing knowledge and information.

(iv) HALO EFFECT- it is when we judge peole based on only one trait that may be good or bad.

(v) PERCEPTUAL SETS- it is when your decision amd behaviour is influenced by prviously held beliefs .

(vi) PROJECTION- it is when we attribute our characterstics and behaviours to other's behaviours.
