Explanation / Answer
When I'm angry, the volume of my voice increases and sometimes I end up shouting, even swearing. The tone of my voice would make it evident to others that I am angry. Happiness is expressed through smiles and laughter, but mostly for me it an overall internal feeling of peace and wellness. If others had to see it, it would when I'm laughing or smiling or being extra nice to them. When I'm scared, my heart beats very fast and I start sweating. My speech gets very much affected, sometimes even when I want to say something, I am unable to. Most of the times I would suppress my fears in front of others but if I speak, my speech would usually indicate to others that I'm scared because I tend to lose my trail of thought in the middle and blank out. When I'm sad, I become very engrossed in my thoughts and don't speak at all. Sometimes I might even start crying. I think I would withdraw from others completely when I'm sad. When I'm confused, there's a puzzled expression on my face and my eyebrows are furrowed. If I speak I may stutter a little as well. my expression and asking multiple questions would make people aware I'm confused. When I'm frustrated, I may express my irritation to others but nothing more than that. Maybe my irritability would make it apparent to others. I usually start to blush when I'm embarrassed and sometimes laugh too, like a nervous laughter. This can be subtle so I'm not sure if and how other people can perceive it. When I'm anxious or tensed, I start to fidget around with things, become very irritable. I tend to obsess over the thing that's bothering me. I also lose sleep. Again, the behaviours are mostly internal so I don't think of anyone observing me would notice the minute details.
