Explanation / Answer
I am responding based on the internet articles about work and school life of students.
Claire is attending that nursing programme for better prospects. May be she did not thought about the difficuilties which would arise if she quits her job and take up education.
1) Claire has to sit and pursue to herself that for time being course is her priority, which would help her in earning more money.
2) If she decides to priotize on job then she can find a place where there is lesser rent, since she should not compromise on grocery. She need to check whatever grocery she is buyinng, does it contain, nutrional food items or non nutrional. She should not much money on non nutrional food items
3) She can listen to relaxation music while sleeping, exercising in early morning, meditation etc also keeps up the fresh mood and helps in sleeping.
4) Her boyfriend and she have to mutually understand that if she has to do the course, they would not see each other often as they used to do previously Hence they can meet on the weekends or so.
5) She can talk to her family and friends openly about it. This can also be the stress buster.
Claire need to understand that she can do one activity at a time either her nursing programme or her job.
