Sales tax through a mall that too one which serves middle class people is not a very good idea. Instead of this many areas are there where rich people spend time and these taxes could be levied on those products instead . Effecting the lives of low income people who find it tough to survive through the month is not a good idea even though th emall is a success. Mnay products like beverages, pubs an dother costly areas can be taxed and this income can be used rather than targeting these people.
