It has been reported that with the development of vocational counseling programs by psychologists has lead to a positive impact and has broken the cycle of poverty in the United States.
Use of knowledge has lead to counseling of patients by the psychologists leading to decreased anxiety of the terminally ill-patient and formation of a society; that has developed more positive coping mechanisms following the death of such patients.
With the aid of knowledge development of a better understanding of cynicism, a condition in which there is marked inclination towards believing that people are motivated purely by self-interest; skepticism. This condition influences our workplace and has the potential to minimize its negative influences. Hence an understanding of this condition will make the situation better.
