The aftermath of illicit drug use is a leading cause of workplace accidental death according to America Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and Center for disease Control (CDC). ASAM noted that more than two million American have signs of substance abuse disorder and with legalization of marijuana in some States, chances are that there will be more accidents related to drug overdose. In today's world where every person is just focusing on their growth and continue moving forward to attain the best of best, in that case, stress is the main effect and affect of this whole process. many developed countries are facing lots of problem because of this stress and imbalance of life, America is the top most leading nation of this world who is moving very fast in every form and have everything which other countries will just be dreaming off. but because of constantly changing occur in the workplace became the major problem in many companies.

workplace safety is one of the major issues because of stress and other reasons by which illicit drugs were taken by many peoples. CDC and ASAM both try to control this problem and provide safety to the people who work in companies. due to several death accidents make this problem a hotshot cake of every news channels, hence many companies try to regulate all these types of activities by itself before some other government agencies get involved.

we as an official work in companies can make change by applying certain and simple clauses. every problem when turning out big then only people consider it, so before making it big we need to solve it at very lower level. because of the changing lifestyle many people get stress out and try to absorb it or ignore it, so we don't want them to do that on another hand we can provide a friendly and appealing environment to them so that they can release their tension.

for any organization, their employee always plays an important role and their safety is the major factor too so as an organization what we can offer to them apart from appraisal and salary is the positive environment where usage of these type of drugs can be neglect by the employee itself and hence workplace safety can be attained.
