Question
Can you read this a fixed grammar and make it flow ??
The environmental cost is one of the factors that many businesses have not considered implementing due to high startup cost of sustainable energy. When sustainable energy was first introduced it was very expensive. Over time, the cost of sustainable energy has decreased with more reliable products being available. The products are more available and cheaper and there is a greater need to keep our planet alive. Most businesses have not had the initiative to implement sustainable energy nor do they want to rely on it
BMW is the opposite of this, although they have implemented a massive push to evolve their products to be more sustainable and not harm the environment. Stated previously BMW has successfully sold 100000 electric cars and plug-in hybrid cars. By doing this, they are helping to eliminate the use of fossil fuels which will soon be running out. BMW is doing everything they can but we still can do more. BMW has invested a billion dollars in a Spartanburg South Carolina plant which provided jobs. 50% of their energy comes from landfill methane which is considered a recyclable resource now. BMW is not the only manufacturer that is looking to cut down their environmental impact. For example, Honda has installed 70000 solar panel fields in Indiana. Also, Volkswagen has organized 33,600 solar panels and a field in Chattanooga Tennessee which produces 13.1 gigawatts an hour of electricity per year. BMW is investing 500,000 in solar panels which allowed them 400 Soul Monical's.They were able to produce 240 lots of energy which are enough to run an entire museum and three charging stations. Duncan Seaman said "adding new Alternative Energy platforms to our energy profile is another step in our commitment to sustainable methods of generating power to our factory." The energy that Seamen is speaking of is landfill gas-to-energy and the hydro fuel cell program. BMW is striving to make this energy available in all their factories to cut out the environmental impact. One of B&W projects landfill gas-to-energy program is where BMW collects methane gas, clean it and reuse the gas to power 50% of the BMW plant. This big project is cutting the environmental impact that BMW is putting on the planet while still making the great reliable cars that they make now. Factories of already started putting in solar panels on their plants. One of the examples of this is the ABB company in Finland has a 181-kilowatt solar panel system that is the largest grid-connected solar power plant in all of the Nordic countries. The solar panels generate 160,000 kilowatts of power can run the factory and cut their energy costs down. The roof of the company is only 1200 square meters which provide the enough space for the solar panels to be on the roof and provide easy monitoring. Solar panels did not cost that much to install either it only cost 500000 euros. In conclusion, solar panels and other sustainable energy can have the greatest economic impact if companies would only install them. It does not cost as much, and in the long-term, companies would save money by cutting out their energy bill.
Explanation / Answer
The environmental cost is one of the factors that most businesses had not considered implementing Sustainable Energy, due it's high startup cost. When the sustainable energy was first introduced, it was very expensive. Over the time, the cost of sustainable energy has decreased with more reliable products being available. Now the products are more available and cheaper. There is a greater need to keep our planet alive. Most businesses neither had the initiative to implement sustainable energy ,nor do they wanted to rely on it.
BMW is the opposite of this, as they had implemented a massive push to evolve there products to be more sustainable by not harming the environment. As stated previously BMW had successfully sold 100000 electric cars and plugging hybrid cars. By doing so, they are helping to eliminate the use of fossil fuel which will soon be running out. BMW is doing everything but still they can do more.
