1 Ans. The following are the key issues led to tiffany’s inability to land the job:

· Her dressing was not proper

· She didn’t prepared for the interview

· She was very nervous while performing her interview

2 Ans. No its been not beneficial for tiffany to be successful in this process because if she gets this without any proper guidance and efforts she might never known the real value of hardwork.

3 Ans. If i am tiffany i would choose to dress pretty professionally and make up myself with few basic questions so that it will help me in while answering the questions. Tiffany had long good patience quality that’s the only right one she did.

4 Ans. If i am a committee member i will never keep any rules and regulations because few of our acts states all are equal in process and few of our laws states the religion, color etc, which i generally don’t follow in any of the hiring process. A hiring process should be done through analyzing the talent and skills of the particular applicant.

5 Ans: Initially there must be a basic selectio process. No, the employer will never take responsibility in preparing an applicant for the interview. Its his/her basic responsibility to prepare for the interview as per the basic norms and conditions.
