Every researcher should follow few ethical aspects when conducting a research, especially when using human beings as subjects. The first and foremost thing is that a researcher should get the informed consent signed by the participants. Informed consent would explain the research, its procedures, the experiments, risks and the benefit to the participants and only when the participants volunteer to attend, theycan be included. Secondly, a researcher should maintain confidentiality by keeping the information about the participants secret. Thirdly, there shouldn't be any harm done to the participants.
