Effective and Best way to lose weight?
After searching on internet there are many claims which prove that weight can be reduced by cutting down carbs , daily hard workout ,cutting down calories which means calories deficit, daily cardio ,going on diet. There are many theories on it ,but not a perfect answer .
Hypothesis :
Cutting down calories (calorie deficit)
Daily exercise.
Diet.
Cutting down carbs .
4 group of 10 people will be formed and first group will cut down calories ,one group will do daily exercise ,one group will be following diet and another last group will cut down their daily carbs intake . This will be followed for 20 days and the group who achieve the best result will be our answer.And we will come to know the effective and best way to lose weight.
