Explanation / Answer

Phenomenology of terrorism can be identified by consideration the perception of the situation. There are no historical grievances for terrorists. The terrorists carry important value not only for their own organisation but also to other organisations. They are people which form guerilla groups and attack various regions of the world. There should be a counter-terrorism of terrorist acts which is taken into account by considering the ethnicity and cultural background of people involved in such activities. The languages, views and traditional beliefs of organisations need to be understood in detail about the people working in the terrorist organisations. It is described on the basis of the activities conducted by the terrorist organisations and not on the basis of threats given by terrorists. It is defined in Title 22 of the USA organisation acts. It includes the premeditated role of organisations in creating terror and destroying regions. They are included in the form of groups. There are moral rules which define like putting an end to these organisations with no respite and compromise. There are various countries categorised under state sponsors of terrorism. These include Libya, Iraq, South Arabia, pakistan and yemen. There are various US sactions against the sales and exports of various items and goods in USA.Kilcullen has said that the terrorists in Iraq and Afghanistan have solved the riddle of US politics and power. It is practical understanding of the social issues in life.Maurice Merleu Ponty described it as an analysis of the social perspectives and understanding in life. Perception includes a deep understanding of perpectives in life. Various improtant leaders and policy makers fail to understand the important motives behind the activities of terrrorist organisations. It includes sensation, interpretation of the situations and their reasoning of the important perspectives in life. There has been a massive increase in the development of weapons of mass destruction leading to damaging of areas across the world with tragic loss of human life. There are terrorist organisations like Aum Shinrikyo who conducted toxic substances attacks in train included engineers and surgeon who masteminded the attack. Terrorist organisations label it in the name of jihad. It is a jihad of tongue, heart, hand and sword.
