No, not at all the action of finder fees for the referring patients to researchers for conducting trials of new drugs therapies whose side effects are not yet known can be ethical in any cost, Because, no one have right to take decisions of others life just for sake of medicines. Physicians are there to help patients with there knowledge of medicines they don't of rights to refer any patients for research.
