Prepare a selection plan for the job, showing its major KSAOs, whether each KSAO is necessary for selection, and the methods of assessment that you will use to screen for each necessary KSAO. The format of your final selection plan should look something like the example on page 373 of the textbook.
Give a brief description of each assessment method you will use. Be sure to describe the basic content of any tests you will use and the general types of information you will cover in telephone interviews, personal interviews, reference checks, etc..
