In a role-playing scenario, a client is seeking help for persistent headaches and problems sleeping.
The client believes that stress may be part of the problem with her symptoms. The client is female with headaches that occur three to four times a week and some lasting all day. Ibuprophen helps, but the headaches are not just on days of extreme stress. She is single at the age of twenty-nine and is a part-time employee which she hopes will manifest into full-time employment. It is also hard for her to sleep so much so she has a prescription for sleeping medication.
Using the above information, how could i explain how to structure an interview and the reasoning behind the structuring of the interview, including a list of topics you plan to cover, while composing questions i will plan on using to obtain the information (15-20 questions minimum) but, five open and five closed ended questions must be used to gather information.

Certain questions asked her are related to her personal and family life, as frustration in these areas can build stress and the cumulative stress can lead to headaches which are psychosomatic in nature.
Other factor being the urban life, and inability to cope with stressors and ineffective time management that reduces opportunities to unwind.
