Explanation / Answer

1) The pelvic cavity has 4 boundaries: the 2 boundaires indicated are: anterior pelvic wall: the shallowest wall and formed by the posterior surface of the bodies of the pubic bones , pubic rami and symphysis pubis, posterior pelvic wall:formed by the sacrum and coccyx is lined laterally by the piriformis and coccygeus muscles the lumbodacral trunk and sacral plexus are situated in front of the piriformis in the median plan is the median sacral artery which ends in a vascular mass the coccygeal body or glomus. 2)The covering in direct contact with stomach is omentun it is a double layer of peritoneum that is attached to the stomach the omentum is of 2 parts they are leasser omentum(attaches to the lesser curvature of the stomach and the first portion of the duodenum, it connects the lesser curvature of the stomach to the liver) and greater omentum( attaches to the greater curvature of the stomach a large apron like sheet of peritoneum that passes from the greater curvature to the stomach and covers most of the small and large intestines. 5) Hital hernia; it is an occurs when the upper part of the stomach pushes through an opening in the diaphragm and into the chest cavity. 6)symptoms of hiatal hernia: heartburn , bloating and belching and discomfort or pain in the stomach or esophagus, chest pain etc. 7)Adipose tissue :it is loose connective tissue composed mostly of adipocytes, it main type of the connective tissue. 3) umbilicaal region: it is the abdominal pelvic nine region scheme it is placed approximately on middle of distance between xiphoid process and pibic symphasis . 4)in the umblical region there is loose connective tissue and sub cutaneous tissue, and there is accumlation of the large deposits of adipose tissue, so this effect the obesity.
