Explanation / Answer
The problem states that I am a Project manager for the subcontractor to the Company Z which is the prime contractor to the company Q. Here, it is very confident that the information between the two companies has to be secured in a larger case. So, as far as the negotiations between the two companies are concerned, I won’t provide the information of one company to another company i.e. information of Company Z to Company Q.
Before any meeting, Company Z will review its material. It occurs because the material is very confidential and as per the problem it correlates to the situation of Negotiation between the two companies. So, it is very important to recheck the material which leads to the discussion of error-free and with complete pure information so that the Negotiation between them clearly sets off to a final solution. This kind of program is very beneficial to both companies so as the bond between them increases.
