In each case you will have a victim who has saddenly fallen ill with a mystcrious malady. You will be presented a set of "witnesses, each of whom will give you a clue as to the nature of the illness. Other clues will come from samples you send off to the lab for analysis. You will solve the mystery by peoviding the victim a diagnosis. 1. From Ms.Magenta : We could understand that Col.Lemon had Cold Intolerance , which is a prominent sign of Hypothyroidism.

2. Statement from Mr.Oliver : Reaffirms Hypothyroidism which has symptoms of Weight Gain.

3. Prof. Purple : Confirms that Col. had Fatigue,Weakness that he did not have energy for expeditions.

T3 & T4 Levels in the lower side , automatically elevates TSH levels since it always go in the opposite direction of the thyroid hormone.

If TSH is higher than 4.0 mU/L on repeat tests, he probably have Hypothyroidism,which is confirmatory with his Signs & Symptoms.

Hence Col.Lemon is suffering with Hypothyroidism.
