1 Introduction Persuasion is very important in the organisation. With the help of persuasion we can create a good atmosphere in our organisation where there is no place of complaint and all other thing. Every employee will corporate with each other and they can do or they will do their work more effectively and within a given time frame. Now a day’s almost all organisation are working on persuasion and they hire some expert to guide their employee so that how they can perform better, cheaper and faster in their organisation.

2 Why persuasion is necessary Persuasion is necessary because we all are human being and we do have our emotions and feeling. We always feel better f someone says that you are working well or u are doing fantastic. After hearing this statement we start to do our work with almost double rate and we can give our full effort in reaching that goal therefore persuasion is necessary.

3 How can we do our work more effectively? We can do more effectively only by the appreciation and persuasion. We are able to do our work on time with the help of persuasion. There is only two ways for taking work from other person one is fear and second one is persuasion. But persuasion works faster and better as compared to the fear of boss etc

4 Example on best presentation I am the person working for an advertisement company and my job is to make new clients and persuasive them to sign in their account. The best example of my presentation is that once I was working with another advertising company at that time my boss give me a job to finish within one week but I don’t know about that work. Another day my boss persuasive me and say that you can do after that I start to do my work and seriously I submit my work before time and work was also of A grade level.

5 Example of worst presentation Before joining this company I was having one work but at that time all my colleague and boss always ready for my leg pulling and as a result I got failure in my work therefore persuasion is necessary for doing any type of work and if we want to finish it more effectively.
