10. There are three types of granulocytes: neutorphiles, eosinophils and basophils. Neutrophils' granules are stained light pink in Color as they are neutral. Eosinophils are another type of granulocytes whose granules are stained red in colour by eosin dye as they are acidic in nature. Basophiles granules are basic and they are stained blue/deep purple.
