The manager of small firms is either adopting the type of structure as product based or functional based. The manager has to be strong in constructing in the organizational structure of the corporate as to make the employees well managed and best fits in the organization. An organization structure provides the well managed way of handle the responsibilities of the organization. The manager has to use the structure in order to simplify the process. The structure provides the clear idea about the positions as well as the duties of the organization. It also provides the line of control or line of authority in the organization. The manager has to follow to the greater extent. It reduces the extra burden from the manager ends.

The expectations do I have about serving as a manager are as follows:

The study and application of OB is multidisciplinary because of its diverse nature. The Organizational behavior consists of behavior of number of employees in the organization, their traits, values, beliefs, habits, cultures etc. The diversity is vast in Organization. The different management styles followed by the organization so all need. The OB is a vast area which consists of the sociological, geographical, behavioral, technological, legal and psychological aspects of the organization. In order to study OB, one has to has the overall perspectives of the organization. The organization is the place where the different employees meets and works for the common organizational goal. In order to have the complete picture of the organization it has to be analyzed with the different perspective.

The management skills are needed to help an organization become effective and efficient are as follows:

The parts of work appeal to me is the communication related. I am good in my communication skills. I have passion to learn new languages and communicate with the people. I easily convince the people with my communications. The communication which I use is easy to listen and interpret. The communication process develops the relationship among the employees and make the strong relationships also. So, communication part I like the most.
