Ans 1... systolic and.diastolic BP was abnormal low that shows shock
Heart rate was fast and irregular that show compensation of heart.
Respiratory rate was high to.overcome.the shock like condition so that more oxygen can be saturated in blood for vital organ
Mr hems heart was abnormal
Differential diagnosis of condition may be Shock,Myocardial infarction etc
Ans 2...other test would be complete haemogram
Cardiac markers test
Heart type fatty acid binding protein which elevates in 2 hrs of MI
CPK-MB elevates with in 6 hr
Troponin I elevates with in 6 hr
We can go for ECG
We can go for ECHO to look for site of lesion
